WARRANTY: All Black Reef Products carry a limited 2 year warranty for defects and breakages from build quality. Due to the nature of our sport, equipment is used and abused on an abnormally regular basis i.e. Warranty claims are determined by the scrutiny of the company. If you have a warranty question please send us an email, though we are highly confident this will not occur from our span of products built for abuse 

Our warranty does not cover consumables such as tips, cable, injectors, bands, etc

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS: All orders are given 48 hours for cancellation. If you wish to return an order or cancel the order, please notify us by email 

Many of our products are built to order and cannot be returned or cancelled upon completion after the 48 hour grace period

TIME SENSITIVE ORDERS: Please notify us if an order is needed by a certain specified date. We will do our best to meet the customers time frame, but our quality takes time. Most orders need 5 to 10 business days to ship on average.
